About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to inspire coworkers.
- Monitor daily schedules to identify guest needs.
- Maintain composure and politeness to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Communicate accurate information effectively to guests and colleagues.
- Escort visitors on detailed tours to their rooms.
- Ensure the property is clean and well-organized.
- Assist with vehicle and parking logistics.
- Complete all necessary reports for the guest services team.
- Arrange meeting rooms for group events.
- Support cooking school activities and special event arrangements.
- Maintain inventories of bikes, racks, and golf carts.
- Conduct daily rounds to uphold a five-star standard of appearance.
- Exceed guest expectations consistently.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes including luggage assistance.
- Maintain the upkeep of fireplaces and pool aesthetics.
- Prepare spaces for meetings and special occasions.
- Manage setup and takedown of outdoor events.
- Regularly clean outdoor common areas.
- Be adaptable to weekend and holiday scheduling.
- Possess thorough knowledge of property features and activities.
- Follow supervisor instructions carefully.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications.
- Assist guests with inquiries and greet them warmly upon arrival.
- Provide safe transport on and off property.
- Collaborate with other departments to satisfy guest requirements.
- Stay informed about the company's history, present operations, and future plans.
Additional Information
Strict adherence to all company policies is mandatory. Consistent and regular attendance is necessary to fulfill position responsibilities. Teamwork with colleagues and communication with guests and management are essential.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality is necessary.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
Skills and Abilities
- Effective communication skills with guests, team members, and supervisors.
- Basic mathematical understanding.
- Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently handle heavy lifting including luggage and trays up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for the majority of the working shift.
- Safe operation of company vehicles or golf carts.
- Comfortable working outdoors across various weather conditions.
Work Environment
- Primarily based in office and front desk reception areas.
- Occasional exposure to outdoor weather as duties require.
