Role Overview

The Avani Adelaide Residences are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Guest Experience Attendant to support both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations on a casual basis. This role involves varied responsibilities, directly interacting with guests to deliver warm, efficient service from arrival through departure, including guest check-ins and food and beverage assistance.

Primary Duties

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Assist with food and beverage service in café and bar settings, as well as in-room dining.
• Offer local insights to guests, promptly handle requests, and respond to feedback.
• Manage order deliveries, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness in the F&B area.
• Prepare and dismantle breakfast or event spaces as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
• Accurately process payments and maintain comprehensive guest records.

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday.
• Shifts fall within 7:00am to 11:00pm timeframes.
• Immediate start available.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred prior experience in hospitality roles spanning Front Office and Food & Beverage.
• RSA certificate possession or willingness to obtain it.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and adaptability skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Availability to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
