About the Role

We seek a multi-talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team based full-time onsite at our Rochedale, Queensland office. This role involves hands-on creative work covering branding, digital and print materials, proposals, campaigns, event graphics, and large-format signage. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Design departments to craft polished visual solutions often produced at impressive scales.

Embracing AI-assisted design technologies is vital, as these tools help accelerate concept development, image creation, visualization, content tailored adaptation, and streamline creative workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design marketing campaigns, sales materials, tender documents, and proposals.
• Create digital content including social media posts, websites, emails, and online ads.
• Develop large-format signage, branded environments, and exhibition graphics.
• Produce concepts, mock-ups, and visualizations for various projects.
• Prepare final artwork suited for print, signage, and production standards.
• Utilize AI-based tools to boost idea generation, refine visuals, and enhance efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, printers, and production partners.
• Ensure all creative outputs maintain consistent brand standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of five years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in-house or agency settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in digital, print, and spatial design.
• Experience or familiarity with large-format signage or event graphics is advantageous.
• Knowledge of pre-press and production processes for printing and fabrication.
• Comfort with AI-driven design tools and eagerness to expand skills in this area.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional conceptual thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign—with additional 3D software skills considered a plus.
• Able to juggle multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Effective at interpreting briefs and working within cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about event and exhibition design with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
