About the Role
Unique Properties is expanding its Marketing Team and seeks a Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably within the UAE real estate sector. This position entails creating compelling visual content to support various marketing campaigns and corporate branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and produce graphic designs and artworks for digital marketing, company branding, and business-related projects.
- Design social media creatives for both organic content and paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Analyze design briefs to understand requirements and budget limitations.
- Manage project schedules and develop visual concepts in line with specified guidelines.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other design elements manually or with software in appropriate styles and color schemes.
- Collaborate actively in brainstorming sessions with creative teams to finalize design concepts.
- Ensure all final graphics and layouts are aesthetically pleasing and consistent with brand standards.
- Test designs across different media outlets and revise based on feedback.
- Maintain high-quality images of company property listings by removing watermarks and enhancing visuals.
- Edit and resize images for internal use and to improve SEO and company image online.
- Design marketing materials such as flyers and brochures for events and points of sale.
- Adhere to and implement company brand guidelines in all designs.
- Create personalized campaign content and communication materials for agents.
- Follow the content calendar and design daily social media posts.
- Develop recruiting and corporate communication posts for HR to share on LinkedIn and social media accounts.
- Produce corporate communication and branded content including company profiles and training materials.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in real estate marketing.
- Proficient with design software including InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate as part of a team.
- Must provide a digital portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
