Program Overview
Embark on a transformative 24-month rotational program featuring four distinct six-month placements. This opportunity offers comprehensive hands-on exposure to avant-garde technologies, fostering deep understanding throughout the product lifecycle while collaborating with industry leaders to redefine global workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and sales assistance to distributors, end-users, and internal teams.
- Develop expertise and provide training on product functionalities to clients and staff.
- Troubleshoot product failures and manage warranty replacements effectively.
- Conduct rigorous field and office-based testing of new products, documenting workflows and performance metrics.
- Contribute pre-release technical materials for documentation and aid in post-launch issue resolution.
- Participate actively in product vision development and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Create marketing assets and support go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Carry out market research to evaluate customer requirements and guide future product enhancements.
- Collaborate with sales teams by presenting demos, attending industry events, and delivering engaging training to foster customer adoption.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate (within past three years) possessing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Surveying, GIS, Geography, Construction Management, or related disciplines equivalent to NZQCF Level or above.
- At least one prior internship relevant to the field.
- Practical experience with surveying, GIS, GPS, or other positioning technologies.
- Capability to collaborate on integrating AI and technological solutions to enhance workflows and customer experiences.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with construction or mapping software tools.
- Experience utilizing analytic and reporting platforms to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Leadership experience acquired through academic or other initiatives.

Compensation & Position Type
Annual salary range: NZD 72,000 to 74,880. This is a full-time, fixed-term role without bonus eligibility.
