Our Sydney team is expanding and seeking a Graduate Project Planner (Analyst) to join our dynamic workplace and help shape the future of project management consulting.
Role Overview
This entry-level analyst position offers hands-on participation in major projects, exposing you to a variety of industries and consulting services including planning, scheduling, project controls, cost management, claims resolution, and risk management. Working closely with senior consultants, you will support project delivery through research, data analysis, and preparing client-facing documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing project plans under supervision from senior team members.
- Conduct research, review, and analyse project data for reporting and client deliverables.
- Produce accurate documentation such as reports, schedules, and presentations.
- Apply project controls methodologies to identify and help resolve project issues.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process enhancements and support general administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or related disciplines.
- Some familiarity with project scheduling or project controls.
- Experience or exposure to project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist in report writing.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage priorities efficiently.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn.
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused demeanor.
- Curiosity and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
