Role Overview

This position is centered around delivering comprehensive support for front-office trading applications, with a particular focus on Murex production environments. The primary objective is to guarantee the continuous operation and reliability of essential systems utilized by trading teams throughout Asia.

Key Responsibilities

The individual will collaborate extensively with front-office stakeholders, software developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues effectively. Duties include conducting root cause analyses, assisting in release management, and implementing ongoing enhancements to improve system performance and stability.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years experience in application or production support roles.
• Proficient with Murex platform support.
• Prior experience supporting applications related to trading or global market operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, including knowledge of SQL, Linux, and scripting languages considered advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in assisting front-office users.
