Role Overview

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Provide clinical care across all age groups within primary care settings, demonstrating strong expertise in general medicine.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals within a multidisciplinary framework.
• Commit to continuous professional development and participate actively in peer reviews and governance processes.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with diverse community groups, ensuring culturally responsive care.
• Hold valid registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and possess experience in New Zealand primary care or a similar healthcare environment.
• Have formal training or proven experience in Family Medicine, emphasizing continuity of care and holistic patient management.
