Compensation and schedule

• Pay is listed at $24.79 per hour.
• The role follows a continental shift pattern: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for two weeks, followed by 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. for the next two weeks.
• Employees may be eligible for profit sharing.
• Benefits include telemedicine, group insurance, and a pension plan with company contributions.

Key duties

• Feed machines and help set up different machine sections accurately using the correct setup methods.
• Check order details and confirm stock specifications and condition.
• Watch box quality during production and report concerns to the Operator.
• Handle required administrative tasks and reports accurately and on time.
• Support machine operators with assigned production tasks.
• Submit repair requests to the shift lead when maintenance is needed.
• Take a proactive approach to equipment upkeep.
• Follow company rules, health and safety standards, housekeeping expectations, and applicable government regulations.
• Carry out any other related or assigned tasks from the shift lead.
