About the Role
Join MSD Australia & New Zealand as a General Hand - Dispatch at our Brisbane manufacturing site in Murarrie, Queensland. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
- Organize and maintain stock within the dispatch warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Store goods correctly in their designated locations to ensure easy retrieval.
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and good housekeeping standards in the warehouse at all times.
- Assist with stocktakes, deliveries, and collections as required.
- Adhere to Quality, Environmental Health & Safety, and company operational procedures during all tasks.
- Maintain precise documentation and comply fully with all standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Complete Pharmacovigilance training to report any adverse events or product quality issues promptly.
- Identify and report hazards, risks, and environmental concerns appropriately.
- Support audit processes, inspections, corrective actions, and ongoing environmental health and safety improvements.
- Contribute ideas and actions for continuous process and quality improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Physically capable of handling manual labor associated with warehouse duties.
- Well-organized, methodical, and adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
- Exhibit emotional intelligence demonstrating empathy, resilience, and the ability to adjust to change.
- A team player who actively collaborates across functions to meet objectives.
- Uphold strong ethics and integrity, responsibly using company assets.
