Responsibilities

Handling reservations efficiently and accurately
Managing guest inquiries and providing assistance to ensure satisfaction
Conducting guest check-ins and check-outs professionally
Processing payments while safeguarding guest confidentiality
Responding promptly to calls and emails maintaining excellent customer service
Promoting additional hotel services such as room upgrades and dining options
Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and resolve guest concerns swiftly

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in hotel reception roles
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Natural sales aptitude and friendly demeanor
