Job description
Role Summary
We are recruiting a JavaScript/TypeScript Full-Stack Developer on behalf of one of our clients. This full-time remote position involves crafting high-performance, quality code to develop and optimize AI models. The developer will partake in evaluating model outputs, analyzing performance, and refining AI capabilities through data-driven insights.
Key Duties
- Create, develop, and sustain efficient and well-structured code aimed at training and enhancing AI models.
- Perform thorough assessments to benchmark AI model functionalities and apply findings to promote continual improvements.
- Review and rank AI model responses across assorted subject areas to ensure they meet defined evaluation guidelines.
- Develop detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation results, demonstrating strong analytical skills and technical knowledge.
- Lead initiatives in supervised fine-tuning by generating and managing high-quality, specialized datasets tailored for specific tasks.
Required Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript within full-stack development environments.
- Proficient backend development skills using Node.js.
- Familiarity with Nest.js framework as a progressive Node.js solution.
- Working knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Ability to produce clean, modular, and maintainable code.
