Job description
About the Role
Join a community-focused, locally owned store to provide health, beauty, and convenience services while keeping customer satisfaction as your central priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer service operations including cash handling, cashier oversight, and merchandising tasks.
- Ensure store employees adhere to all policies and procedures, including uniform standards and loss prevention protocols.
- Train and continually guide cashiers and merchandisers in their roles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shelves and product displays, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints following established guidelines, including refunds and exchanges.
- Promote customer satisfaction initiatives such as the CSI Survey.
- Oversee cash office inventory and cashier tracking documentation.
- Support store housekeeping, image standards, health and safety compliance, and may perform clerical and banking duties when necessary.
- Perform cashier duties as needed and fulfill other assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong planning, independent judgment, and decision-making skills to organize the store effectively.
- Ability to solve problems promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Comfortable using computers and managing time efficiently.
- Knowledgeable about store products and supplies.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is between $17.60 and $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
