About the Role
We are seeking a Founding Program & Operations Lead for the Ausartan Institute of Digital Construction (AIDC) based in Mohali, Punjab. AIDC is establishing a distinguished institution offering professional education centered on Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and Digital Construction. Unlike typical software training centers, AIDC emphasizes authentic project workflows, coordination, constructability, and preparing participants for industry demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee program launches and manage daily operational activities.
- Coordinate admissions and maintain communication with applicants.
- Manage instructor onboarding, scheduling, and coordination.
- Support student onboarding and ongoing program assistance.
- Administer CRM, Learning Management Systems, documentation, and operational frameworks.
- Assist in institutional, university, and industry outreach activities.
- Monitor priorities, deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure task completion.
- Develop repeatable procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as the institute expands.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates demonstrate ownership of tasks with minimal supervision, excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate with professionalism and clarity. The ability to create structure in an early-stage environment, work closely with founders and senior leadership, and a passion for building systems rather than just following existing ones is essential. Effective coordination of people, schedules, and priorities is crucial.
Experience in professional education, educational technology, academic program management, startups, BIM, architecture/engineering/construction (AEC), program management, or operational roles is advantageous. While knowledge of BIM or Digital Construction is beneficial, stronger emphasis is placed on operational expertise, sound judgment, and a readiness to learn.
