Role Overview
This position places you directly in the founder's office with comprehensive visibility across the company’s operations. You will spearhead managing the partner pipeline, including generating leads, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and closing deals. Your responsibilities also include outreach to new customers, reactivating previous contacts, handling operational tasks such as inventory management, product packaging, and shipments, planning and participating in content and campaign calls, and conducting on-ground activities such as vendor visits and meetings.
Candidate Attributes
We are seeking an individual who has experience managing outreach pipelines, exhibits clear and approachable writing, works independently without requiring supervision, and desires to contribute to company building rather than simply executing tasks. Since the work requires presence on location, candidates must be based in Delhi and able to attend meetings in person.
