Role Overview
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will passionately lead your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that delight guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide, support, and train the Food & Beverage Operations team to achieve excellence.
- Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and uphold brand standards ensuring quality service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food presentation and standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for guest service and a strong passion for all aspects of food and beverage.
- Prior leadership experience in a comparable role is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and leading by example.
