Position Overview

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences to guests, ensuring high standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Operations team effectively
• Oversee and delegate daily tasks ensuring excellent service and adherence to brand standards
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to maintain superior food quality and appealing presentation

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong passion and dedication towards food and beverage service
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage sector is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to lead by example
