Job Overview

NewGen Books Pvt Ltd is urgently seeking a Floor Supervisor to manage and oversee warehouse operations based in Muradnagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves managing daily order processing, dispatch activities, inventory control, and supervising labor to ensure efficient warehouse functioning.

Location and Interview Details

• Work location: Muradnagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
• Walk-in Interview: Vaishali, Sector 4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
• Interview timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Candidates must call before attending)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily order processing and dispatch operations effectively.
• Maintain and monitor inventory, ensuring accurate stock records.
• Prepare daily operational reports utilizing MS Word and MS Excel.
• Supervise labor force and ensure smooth workflow and adherence to shifts.
• Enforce workforce discipline and coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch and operations.
• Monitor overall warehouse activities to sustain operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Graduate degree holder.
• At least 3 years of experience in supervisory roles within warehouse or operations environments.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel for reporting and operational tasks.
• Basic command of English language.
• Male candidates only.
• Availability to work onsite in Muradnagar, Ghaziabad.

Working Conditions and Salary

• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and interview performance.
