Finance Manager - Private Credit Reporting

Overview

A leading global investment manager is seeking a Finance Manager to head a newly established team within its expanding Dublin finance division. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager and offers exposure to high-level global stakeholders across EMEA and North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, lead, and grow a team of finance analysts based in Dublin.
• Manage regulatory reporting and submissions spanning multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee the monthly financial close process across global regions, including EMEA and North America.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements and coordinate external audit activities.
• Drive initiatives for process enhancements, automation, and global finance projects.

Candidate Profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA or equivalent) with 5 to 8 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience at a Senior Manager or Director level role within Big 4 accounting firms focused on investment management or fund clients, or equivalent in-house experience at large asset managers, investment managers, or private equity firms.
• Robust technical accounting skills handling complex entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Essential experience in Private Credit.
• Excellent communication abilities coupled with a commercial mindset; confident interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
