About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Executive to become part of our finance department located in Chennai, Tambaram. This is a full-time position requiring between one to three years of relevant experience. The candidate will work onsite to perform critical financial management duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily bookkeeping tasks using Tally and Zoho Books software.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable activities and conduct bank reconciliations.
- Prepare GST invoices, record TDS transactions, and assist in monthly GST filings.
- Maintain communication for ensuring timely vendor and customer payments.
- Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports and support month-end financial closures.
- Provide assistance during audit processes while ensuring proper maintenance of financial documentation.
- Support the payroll processing functions within the organization.

Compensation
