About the Role
MobiKwik is seeking energetic and self-driven freshers for the position of Field Sales Executive as part of their merchant acquisition team. The role involves engaging directly with local retail outlets including kirana stores and small businesses to promote and integrate MobiKwik's digital payment solutions such as QR codes, Soundboxes, and EDC/POS terminals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to local retail markets to pitch, enroll, and set up MobiKwik payment products at merchant locations.
- Scout new territories, develop merchant lead lists, and perform cold outreach to onboard new merchants.
- Train business owners on using the merchant application, assisting them with payment processing and resolving basic technical issues during site visits.
- Maintain accurate daily records of visits, onboarding metrics, and feedback through the company’s sales tracking system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for merchant acquisition to maximize performance incentives.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to freshers with no prior work experience required.
- Minimum education of 10th pass; 12th pass or any graduate level is acceptable.
- Must be willing and able to travel locally for field visits.
- Should possess a functional Android smartphone for work purposes.
- Basic proficiency in the regional language along with foundational English skills.
- Working 6 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with Sunday off.
