Field Sales Executive

Job Overview and Responsibilities

You will work closely with customers to identify their needs and suggest tailored industrial and engineering solutions. Your role involves engaging customers through technical presentations to demonstrate how our offerings satisfy their requirements, generating leads effectively. Building and managing a sales pipeline, responding to sales inquiries, negotiating orders, and consistently reaching sales targets are key aspects of the role. Providing both pre-sales and post-sales support to nurture lasting customer relationships and promote repeated business is essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Educational and Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate should have completed a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or hold an MBA/BBA in Sales and Marketing or be a graduate. Candidates possessing experience in industrial maintenance products such as lubricants and bearings are preferred. Additionally, owning a valid two-wheeler license and vehicle is compulsory.
