Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

PhonePe is looking to employ enthusiastic Field Sales Executives as part of their primary growth squad. Successful candidates will be directly employed by PhonePe and will focus on increasing the merchant base by enrolling local shops, retailers, and businesses.

Key Duties

• Conduct field visits to local markets and retail stores to bring new merchants on board.
• Execute product installations by setting up PhonePe QR codes at merchant locations.
• Deploy and activate PhonePe Soundboxes for business clients.
• Manage relationships by providing merchant training on PhonePe device usage and promptly addressing their concerns.

• This position includes attractive incentives with weekly and monthly performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Applicants must possess an Android smartphone.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter is mandatory.
