Overview

Labournet Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for timely and safe delivery operations in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role requires using a two-wheeler for transportation and interacting professionally with customers while following all company and traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are delivered safely and punctually according to assigned routes.
• Maintain courteous and professional conduct with customers during deliveries.
• Handle packages carefully to prevent damage.
• Use a mobile application to update delivery statuses in real time.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company policies throughout delivery operations.

Requirements

• Valid driving license for two-wheelers.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler with current registration, insurance, and pollution control certificate.
• A smartphone with internet connectivity to support delivery tracking.
• Good communication abilities.
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to safety rules.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of ₹19,000.
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹7,000.
• Travel allowance paid at ₹3 per kilometer.
• Monthly mobile allowance of ₹350.

Working Hours

The position requires work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
