About the Role
The position of Real Estate Field Executive entails engaging with potential clients directly at various locations to actively promote the company's property developments. It involves hands-on fieldwork, including site visits to projects, to provide detailed information and guidance to prospects.
Key Duties
- Meeting with prospective customers to generate interest in the company’s real estate offerings.
- Conducting on-site visits to properties for client demonstrations.
- Converting customer inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintaining consistent follow-up with clients to nurture leads and promote successful sales closures.
- Collaborating closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and achieve set sales targets.
Employment Details
This role requires regular travel within the field region to connect with clients and attend project sites.
Compensation
The remuneration for this position ranges from 18000 to 22000 INR monthly.
