Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Field Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline activities related to farmers and agricultural laborers in Nashik, Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth attendance tracking, timely arrival of workers, and daily transportation coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain direct communication with farmers and farm laborers to coordinate daily tasks.
- Record and monitor the daily attendance of all farm workers.
- Ensure punctuality of workers and support their transportation arrangements to farms.
- Conduct daily visits to farm locations to oversee field operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Ownership of a personal two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for daily travel.
- Willingness and ability to travel to various farm fields every day.
Additional Information
Salary for this role ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000 per month.
