Role Overview
We at Apleona Südwest GmbH are looking to fill the position of Facility Manager (m/w/d) at our Freiburg im Breisgau location. As the Facility Manager specializing in technical facility management, you will be the central point of contact for our clients and oversee the technical building management.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of technical building management and serve as the primary liaison for customers.
- Ensure contractual commitments are met and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan, direct, and monitor maintenance and inspection services.
- Track compliance with legal inspection deadlines, regulations, and warranty claims.
- Prepare cost calculations and offers for routine and supplementary services.
- Manage subcontractors, including tendering, awarding contracts, and acceptance inspections.
- Lead personnel by planning deployment, supporting, and developing your onsite team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Preferably a (technical) university degree in engineering, facility management, business administration, or a similar field.
- Alternatively, successful completion of master craftsman or state-certified technician qualification in electrical engineering, HVAC systems, supply engineering, or refrigeration technology.
- Experience in a comparable role is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong communication abilities, persuasiveness, and assertiveness.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with independent and structured work habits.
- Valid driving license class B.
