Facility Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping inside storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other facility areas.
• Manage trash disposal duties efficiently.
• Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The job entails exposure to moderate hazards requiring special safety measures, including working near machinery, fumes, or chemicals, sometimes necessitating protective gear such as masks, gloves, goggles, or shields. Physically, the role demands stamina for long stationary periods, mobility outdoors, reaching for items at various heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 pounds with or without assistance.
