Work Schedule and Compensation

You will work 37.5 hours weekly across 5 days out of 7, between 8am and 8pm, with weekend shifts on a rotational basis. The salary is competitive and supplemented with bonuses and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as joinery, plastering, plumbing, and electrical repairs to keep properties secure, safe, and properly maintained.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting timely monitoring, attending to safety concerns, and following organizational policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging proactively with students and colleagues, handling maintenance requests, and responding positively to feedback.
• Utilize digital tools to log maintenance jobs accurately, carry out scheduled inspections, and report necessary repairs to engineers.

Candidate Profile

• A valid UK driving license required for site mobility.
• Basic skills in maintenance, including carpentry, plasterwork, domestic plumbing, and simple electrical tasks with proper safety and documentation.
