Role Overview

The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient daily running of one or multiple processing centers in Saudi Arabia. This role encompasses overseeing all facility operations, managing inventory, optimizing processes, and collaborating with various teams to achieve performance targets. Key activities include leading staff training, addressing operational challenges, preparing for peak business times, and ensuring smooth execution and strong customer satisfaction across sites.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations of the processing center throughout all shifts.
• Conduct staff training and hold regular meetings for processing teams.
• Perform general maintenance and handy-person tasks around the hub as needed.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure facility maintenance tasks are completed promptly.
• Handle facility, technology, and space issues reported by licensees, including liaison with OFOS representatives on their behalf.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to prepare licensees for large orders, launches, and surges.
• Manage and resolve ZenDesk tickets from initiation to closure.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues related to the processing center, kitchen, and facility.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering; conduct audits of storage and common areas.
• Analyze daily inventories and initiate replenishment orders when necessary.
• Review and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to facility management and processing teams; contribute to target setting and strategic planning.
• Coach new and existing shift leads to enhance team performance.
• Provide coverage during absenteeism, assisting with staffing requirements as needed.
• Review financial data to support understanding of profit and loss (P&L) and the operational impact of numbers.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations management, ideally within logistics, fulfillment, or food processing sectors.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with experience managing multi-shift teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting operational, inventory, and facility challenges.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken—essential for effective communication.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
• Experience managing operations across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with kitchen or food processing operational environments.
• Proficiency with ZenDesk or comparable ticketing platforms.
• Knowledgeable about Saudi labor regulations and workplace safety standards.
