Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert agronomic advice and support related to seed and crop protection products.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an agronomist, preferably with direct sales of seed or crop protection items.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
• Farm background is advantageous but not mandatory.

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Location and Regional Managers.
