About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Personal Assistant and Lifestyle Manager to support the Founding CEO of Culture Guru. This position offers up to £65,000 annually plus benefits, contingent on experience. The working hours are from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, based onsite at the Farringdon/Finchley area in London. The role is permanent and full-time, with a flexible start date accommodating a notice period.

This unique opportunity involves partnering closely with a highly motivated Founding CEO, assisting across both their professional ventures and personal life. Key Responsibilities
- Serving as a trusted right-hand to the CEO, aiding with both business and lifestyle needs.
- Managing a complex and frequently changing schedule that balances professional responsibilities and personal engagements.
- Coordinating business and personal travel within the UK and internationally with meticulous attention.
- Anticipating needs and resolving potential issues proactively before they arise.
- Overseeing communication channels to ensure important actions are tracked and completed.
- Organizing meetings and liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Assisting with various projects, logistical arrangements, and business activities across multiple ventures.
- Handling personal bookings, reservations, scheduling, and event planning for lifestyle management.
- Maintaining an orderly and efficient workspace.
- Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
