Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough checks on returned materials to generate the appropriate ARO documentation.
- Evaluate the condition of returned items to decide if they need repairs or can be sold as-is.
- Manage and coordinate the repair workflow for any defective goods.
- Upon completion of the credit note processing, ensure returned materials are handed over promptly to the store team.
- Replace gearboxes in accordance with delivery note instructions.
