About the Role
A distinguished global finance firm located in Manhattan is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide support to four members of their Climate Investing team. This position demands an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with expertise in managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses. This role offers the chance to be a key contributor to an inclusive, high-performing team within a renowned international company.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage multiple calendars with exceptional attention to detail.
- Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel plans with detailed itineraries.
- Oversee all expense tracking and budgeting processes.
- Promptly address inquiries and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate streamlined communications among executives, board members, and clients.
- Prepare executives for board meetings, team gatherings, client presentations, and events.
- Provide support for additional projects as required.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Preferred background in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
- Experience collaborating with other Executive Assistants.
- Professional, articulate communication abilities.
- Innovative problem-solving skills paired with a hands-on, adaptable approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail with proactive organizational habits.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team spirit with enthusiasm to contribute wherever needed.
- Flexibility to be available outside regular business hours when necessary.
Compensation and Work Schedule
The role offers a base salary of up to $125,000 per year, depending on experience, along with paid overtime, bonuses, and other benefits. The work arrangement is hybrid, requiring presence in the Manhattan office three days per week.
