About the Role

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leaders in Global Internal Audit. This role is highly visible and requires a proactive and organized professional adept at navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with discretion and good judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize complex executive calendars for senior audit leadership, accommodating competing priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
  • Manage domestic and international travel plans, create detailed itineraries, and oversee expense submissions and administrative transactions.
  • Create, revise, and format presentations, reports, correspondence, and leadership documentation for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate team meetings, offsite events, onboarding procedures, and departmental resources, collaborating closely with other Executive Assistants and business units to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with utmost discretion, anticipating needs and addressing issues ahead of time.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years supporting senior executives (VP level or higher) in fast-moving, high-demand environments.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, adept at managing multiple deadlines and shifting demands simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external contacts.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and collaboration platforms (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, M365 Copilot, Teams, WebEx) with strong self-direction.

  • Experience providing support to multiple senior leaders simultaneously, especially within Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, or similar corporate control functions.
  • Proven skills in organizing travel logistics, expense reporting, and related administrative processes.

Location & Compensation

This position requires a hybrid working arrangement with presence in the office at least three days per week in New York, NY. The expected annual salary ranges between $62,300 and $83,100, with potential eligibility for annual short-term incentives and stock-based long-term rewards in accordance with plan provisions.
