Role Overview

We invite an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Disney team on a nine-month fixed-term contract, based primarily in the London Hammersmith office. This pivotal role involves delivering comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Senior Vice President & General Manager of Direct to Consumer EMEA. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enabling efficient operation through exceptional organizational skills, prioritization abilities, stakeholder engagement, and sound judgement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to the SVP by gaining in-depth knowledge of their priorities, working preferences, and strategic goals.
  • Safeguard the executive's schedule via savvy prioritization, proactive calendar management, and considered decision-making.
  • Handle intricate calendars spanning multiple time zones, balancing various competing demands while anticipating upcoming needs.
  • Oversee executive communications to filter correspondence and facilitate prompt, well-informed decisions.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and monitor follow-up actions to optimize leadership productivity.
  • Arrange complex international travel plans seamlessly, including contingency strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise the highest discretion in managing sensitive information.
  • Integrate closely with the DTC EMEA Leadership team to build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders across departments and regions.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings and track action items to ensure delivery.
  • Develop and support executive communications such as reports and leadership updates.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and confidant to the SVP, leveraging insights, judgement, and relationships to identify upcoming challenges and provide guidance for effective organizational leadership.
