About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and possess a solid history of effectiveness in similar roles, playing a vital part in managing the CEO's day-to-day schedule, communications, and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer extensive administrative assistance including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel plans for the CEO.
- Compose, review, and oversee correspondence, reports, and other documentation, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.
- Act as the main liaison between the CEO and both internal teams and external stakeholders, managing interactions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events, showcasing strong presentation capabilities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
- Support preparation and follow-up activities related to strategic projects and initiatives.
- Maintain organized files, records, and essential documentation.
- Manage relationships with vendors through negotiation and coordination with service providers.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms with diverse audiences.
- Prioritize and manage various tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar capacity.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and related software tools.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experienced in vendor management and negotiation.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
