About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to engage in training artificial intelligence models. This position involves tracking the development of AI chatbots, assessing their logical frameworks, and resolving issues to enhance the model's quality. Ideal candidates will exhibit advanced capabilities in writing, editing, and content creation, with relevant backgrounds in fields such as Communications or Journalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and analyze their output.
- Assess AI model deliverables to ensure accuracy and effective performance.
Qualifications
- Fluent English communication, at a native or bilingual proficiency level.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional mastery of grammar, writing style, and brand-consistent voice.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree (completed, underway, or in progress) is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Contractors determine their preferred projects and flexible working hours.
- Work independently using your own computer from your residence.
- Compensation begins at $25 to $30+ per hour, with possible bonus payments.
