Role Overview

We are seeking an Estimator to be based in Bibra Lake who will play a key role in supporting business expansion. The position involves fostering strong client partnerships through clear communication, exemplary service, and swift support. Reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will be accountable for producing precise, prompt, and competitive bids to help secure new business prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop tenders, quotations, and proposals.
• Prepare comprehensive quotes, tenders, offers, and expressions of interest.
• Maintain and manage standard cost data effectively.
• Enhance and nurture both existing and new client relationships.
• Identify and implement operational best practices and approved strategies.
• Control product/service mix, pricing, and profit margins in line with objectives.
• Analyze and report market trends and insights.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated track record in estimating, contract, or project management within Asphalt, Spray Seal, or Bitumen sectors.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or related disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
