Role Overview

The Estimating Coordinator supports the estimating team by organizing bid preparations, managing proposal documents, and ensuring compliance with public and private project requirements. This position is suited for individuals who excel in dynamic, detail-oriented settings.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in estimating or construction coordination roles.
• Skilled in HeavyBid and other construction estimating software alongside Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in roadway safety and traffic control estimation with a focus on pavement marking assignments.
• Experienced in Department of Transportation (DOT) or public works bidding processes, including documentation and government contracting procedures.
• Familiar with prequalification processes and coordinating bid bonds.
• Able to collaborate effectively with Senior Estimators and external partners.
• Willingness to work additional hours near bid deadlines and early morning submissions.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
