ERP Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable ERP Functional Consultant specializing in Odoo ERP to evaluate business requirements, deploy ERP solutions, and assist clients in enhancing their business workflows effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

• Customize and fine-tune Odoo modules to align with organizational needs.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Perform detailed gap analyses and recommend workflow enhancements.
• Facilitate training sessions for users and develop comprehensive documentation.
• Assist during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support system deployment phases.
• Deliver ongoing functional assistance and resolve post-deployment issues.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a minimum of three years’ experience in Odoo functional or broader ERP consultancy.
• Demonstrates deep understanding of business operations and ERP process flows.
• Experience in both support and implementation engagements is advantageous.
• Proficient in managing concurrent projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with integrations, including basic technical concepts like APIs and workflows.
