Entry Level Recruiter

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Entry Level Recruiter to support our expanding operations at Subnel, Inc., located in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. This role is fundamental to driving our recruitment efforts as our company enters new markets and faces increasing talent acquisition demands.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct the complete recruitment lifecycle including candidate sourcing, engagement, assessment, and hiring.
• Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of both active and passive candidates aligned with the talent acquisition objectives.
• Deliver personalized, targeted communication to prospects and candidates to enhance engagement.
• Partner with the Talent team and hiring managers to thoroughly understand role requirements and desired qualifications.
• Lead recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at refining our hiring processes with a focus on delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
• Regularly measure, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health to stakeholders.
• Uphold the company’s values by representing it with honesty, professionalism, and transparency.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required.
