Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-minded individuals to fill the position of Entry-Level Business Analyst. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to understand business challenges, analyze requirements, and support the delivery of impactful, efficient solutions. This position is ideal for recent Master's degree holders eager to develop their careers in business and technology consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and confirm business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes to detect inefficiencies and recommend actionable enhancements.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Work closely with technical teams ensuring the translation of business needs into practical solutions.
• Assist with project planning, monitoring progress, and reporting to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and feedback collection to improve project deliverables.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree.
• Strong skills in analysis and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping software.
• Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple assignments efficiently.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or internship in business analysis or consulting roles.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts is beneficial.
