Role Overview
As an Employee Relations Specialist at Dar wa Emaar, you will act as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues, leading investigations and ensuring adherence to Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
- Conduct thorough, fair, and confidential investigations into employee complaints.
- Ensure organizational compliance with Saudi Labor Law and established HR policies.
- Oversee and prepare employee contracts via the Qiwa platform, covering new hires, contract renewals, and amendments, ensuring correctness and legal compliance.
- Track and enforce compliance with Saudization (Tawteen) requirements, including monitoring Nitaqat status and assisting with localization efforts.
- Support disciplinary procedures such as warnings, terminations, and appeals, maintaining proper documentation.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations topics, including performance management and behavioral issues.
- Maintain detailed employee relations records and generate necessary reports.
- Collaborate with legal advisors for complex employee relations cases as needed.
Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR roles, ideally within Saudi Arabia's real estate or construction sectors.
- In-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa platform operations, and Saudization (Tawteen/Nitaqat) regulations.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
