Elections Coach

About the Role

This position is for an Elections Coach based in Nairobi County, Kenya, requiring full-time, on-site commitment. The primary responsibility is to train and mentor election officials, ensure adherence to electoral laws, and support effective election management.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and mentor officials involved in election activities.
• Coordinate various election-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with established electoral laws and standards.
• Provide assistance in designing and executing election strategies.
• Organize and facilitate workshops related to electoral processes.
• Develop, prepare, and distribute training materials.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to maintain the integrity and efficiency of election procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in training and mentoring personnel.
• Thorough knowledge of electoral laws and standards.
• Strong coordination and organizational capabilities.

• Work experience related to election processes is advantageous.
