About the Role
As an Education Counsellor, you will serve as both an academic advisor and a trusted consultant for students and their families. Your main duties involve assessing student requirements, delivering academic guidance, and assisting learners in selecting suitable educational programs, while meeting enrollment objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gain thorough knowledge of digital education programs to confidently present them to prospective clients.
- Engage with students and parents through phone calls and personalized counseling sessions.
- Maintain persistent outreach through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Work collaboratively with team members to boost enrollment figures and finalize sales.
- Ensure accurate entry and management of lead data in CRM platforms.
- Reach assigned monthly sales targets and fulfill performance benchmarks.
- Regularly track and analyze daily sales pipelines to optimize productivity.
Requirements
- Graduation from a recognized university is mandatory.
- At least 14 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales.
- Prior exposure to EdTech sales is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Practical experience using CRM software and CTI tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is advantageous.
- Proven negotiation capabilities and consultative selling expertise.
- Self-driven, quick learner with a results-oriented approach.
- Adaptable to a target-focused work environment.
