Role overview
An experienced and committed Early Years Cambridge Coordinator is needed to oversee the Early Years Programme at the school. The role is centered on ensuring that the programme follows the Cambridge Early Years Framework and maintains strong standards in teaching, learning, and child development.
Key responsibilities
- Guide, organize, and supervise the Early Years Programme in line with the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum Framework.
- Make sure the curriculum is delivered effectively, including teaching methods and assessment practices.
- Coach, assist, and assess Early Years teachers to uphold strong classroom and academic quality.
- Observe classes, share actionable feedback, and support ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leaders to promote student growth and wellbeing.
- Plan and conduct teacher training, workshops, and curriculum planning meetings.
Eligibility and experience
Applicants should preferably hold B.Ed., Montessori, or Early Childhood Education qualifications. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Early Years is required, along with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordinator capacity. Hands-on experience with the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum is mandatory.
