About MoldShield
MoldShield is on a mission to cultivate the future generation of talent through strategic early career recruitment. We seek a passionate Early Career Recruiter to join us and contribute to recruiting top-tier candidates across various disciplines including Software Engineering and Data Science.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for intern and full-time roles, including candidates pursuing PhDs, ensuring a seamless and excellent experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and implement innovative, inclusive hiring strategies to attract and secure outstanding early career talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders across both technical and non-technical domains to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
- Organize and drive engagement through virtual and in-person recruiting events that showcase compelling experiences to prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as Data Science, Engineering, People teams, Onboarding, and Business Partners to streamline recruiting and onboarding processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of four years’ experience managing full-cycle recruitment specifically focused on early career hires and programs, including PhD candidate pipelines.
- Proven expertise in creating and applying inclusive practices throughout all facets of early career recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks during various recruiting cycles with consistent follow-through.
- Hands-on experience with comprehensive recruitment processes from sourcing to offer across technical and non-technical roles.
- Skilled at orchestrating candidate engagement events, from planning stages to execution.
- Excellent collaboration skills with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Willingness and ability to travel for campus and regional recruiting events, as well as company hub events.
- Knowledge of Figma and FigJam is an advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary ranges from $105,000 to $210,000 USD and can vary depending on qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation packages may include equity, comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, parental leave, mental health resources, generous paid time off, stipends for learning and remote work, and other incentives. Adjustments to pay and benefits policies may occur over time.
