Role Overview

We seek an energetic and detail-focused E-commerce Intern to assist with daily operations and growth of our online business. This role involves direct involvement in campaign management, website merchandising, and collaborative projects across marketing, operations, and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and timely launching of e-commerce campaigns.
• Translate campaign objectives into actionable timelines and monitor deliverables.
• Perform quality assurance checks on marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage daily e-commerce store functions to enhance customer experience.
• Update website content, including banners, product details, and promotional sections.
• Organize product collections and maintain an appealing storefront.
• Track campaign and site performance, highlighting issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution of initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CMS, or digital marketing is advantageous.
