E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

Mesmora Jewelry is seeking a meticulous and proactive E-commerce Executive to oversee and enhance our marketplace operations based in Surat, Gujarat. The role involves managing daily orders, maintaining product listings, and ensuring strong customer engagement to drive the e-commerce business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and verify incoming orders efficiently on a daily basis.
• Upload and process orders using the CAD system, ensuring accuracy of CAD and STL files.
• Check order forms thoroughly for correctness before processing.
• Communicate timely product updates and manage dispatch schedules.
• Create, upload, and maintain offers and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and refine product titles and relevant keywords to enhance visibility.
• Engage with customers through chats, resolving queries and maintaining positive relations.
• Follow up to collect customer reviews and update product images and pricing as needed.
• Research and manage promotional banners to support listings effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and their functionalities.
• Strong communication abilities and effective customer service skills.
• Familiarity with order processing and product listing management.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of keyword use and product information updates.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position located in Surat, Gujarat. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related disciplines are preferred.

Compensation for this role ranges from 15,000 to 21,000 INR per month.
